Leadership Team: Bios
Kim Jenkins (formerly Champion)
Kim Jenkins is the leader of our public sector practice. With 18+ years of Hyperion experience and 15+ years in public sector she is a recognized expert in this space. She helped launch the Hyperion Planning Public Sector Planning and Budgeting product within Oracle and participated in hundreds of demos and projects across K-12, State, County and City government and other public sector organizations.
Kate Spencer
Kate Spencer is a Director with a focus on design, development, and implementation of the Oracle EPM suite, as well as data integration and project management. Kate gained a variety of experience working across accounting, tax, and financial planning as a former end-user of Oracle products. She understands the impact and importance of technology in business processes. Her career has been devoted to developing intuitive and accessible solutions for finance and accounting departments, specifically in the public sector and higher education.
Darin Sensabaugh
Darin Sensabaugh is a Director in our consulting practice with functional and technical experience with the Enterprise Performance Management applications. He is also the former Business Systems Manager for the City of Raleigh, where he led the project to replace the City’s Planning and Budgeting System with Oracle PBCS, the City’s first cloud-based enterprise system. Darin also played a key role in the City’s $3.4M PeopleSoft upgrade project for over four thousand users. Prior to that, Darin has extensive experience in enterprise software applications and software implementations. Darin is a Certified Government CIO, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has earned an M.B.A and a degree in Computer Engineering.
